Report Settings
The report builder opens from Add Report or a report's pencil icon under Table Settings → User Interface → Reports. Options are organised into collapsible sections: Basics, Control Bar, a type-specific section, and (for some types) Advanced.
Building shared reports requires an application where your role has admin or limited admin access, or the Create Common Reports permission on the table. The same options are exposed through the REST API; see the Reports endpoint reference.

Map
The GPS Field for the pins and which details to show on each pin.
Image Gallery
The File Field and the caption fields shown under each image.
Many-to-Many
The child and lookup tables that link records across two tables.
Advanced
Table, Kanban, Calendar, and Map reports also have an Advanced section:
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Display Edit / Display View | Show edit and view buttons on each record |
| Edit Form / View Form | Which form those buttons use: role default, table default, or a specific form |
| Color Coding | A formula that returns a color per row, highlighting records in the grid or kanban |
Duplicating and deleting
The duplicate icon in the Reports list copies a report as "Copy of" followed by its name. Deleting a report opens it in the builder and requires typing delete report; embedded copies of the report are removed from dashboards too, but records are unaffected.
